I've always loved creating things. It started with dog houses and bus stop houses as a child.

Then it moved to bigger things like building box stalls in grandpa's barn while he was in Florida, hoping he wasn't mad when he returned!

As things grew with building homes, we expanded into developing land and learned that creating quality developments was a natural fit to our business. After 30 years of being in the industry I believe we offer valuable insights into the real estate market.
