The Company purchases, manages, develops master plans for green and LEED certified property. The Company works closely with local communities through its Public Private Partnership model that is unparallel in the country, and sees the development of a green strategy as a team effort between the developer, the governing agencies, and the local community. Such approach is both cost-effective and time-efficient, eliminating the need for time-consuming revisions to a remedial approach.
